HOCKEY STICK WARRANTY INFORMATION
If a composite hockey stick/shaft is broken due to a manufacturing defect, within 14 days of being ordered, it may be eligible for replacement. In most cases, replacements are handled by the manufacturer directly. Please use the contact information below to initiate a warranty claim for a composite hockey stick.
An original proof of purchase is required for warranty. Once an exchange is authorised by the manufacturer, it will be necessary for the customer to mail, at their expense, the broken stick or shaft. Once received, if the broken stick or shaft is deemed to be defective due to manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent at the manufacturer’s expense and the broken merchandise becomes the property of the manufacturer.

GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
Next Level Performance Centre and Pro Shop will warranty your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date (excluding shafts and one-piece sticks, see Hockey Stick Warranty Information). If a product is covered by this warranty Next Level Performance Centre and Pro Shop will repair at our discretion using new or refurbished components, or if a repair is not possible – issue a replacement.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, nor does it coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or improper storage conditions. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear (i.e. skate wheels, bearings, steel, etc.).
